1. Service description

Reply Buddy is a SaaS platform that helps Twitter/X users engage more effectively on the platform. It operates in three modes:

  • Scout Mode — Monitors tweets from accounts and lists you target, and presents them in a queue for you to write and post your own replies manually. No AI involved.
  • Buddy Mode — AI generates reply suggestions based on your voice profile. You review, approve, edit, or reject each reply before it is posted.
  • Autopilot Mode — Unlocked after demonstrating a 90%+ approval rate over 50+ replies. AI replies are posted automatically, with sensitive topics still routed to manual approval.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reply Buddy, operated by Solana ID EU EOOD ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account and using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account requirements

To use Reply Buddy, you must:

  • Have a valid Twitter/X account in good standing.
  • Provide valid Twitter session credentials that grant us access to act on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring these credentials are valid and current.
  • Provide a valid OpenRouter API key if you intend to use Buddy or Autopilot mode. You are responsible for all usage and charges on your OpenRouter account.
  • Have a valid payment method and an active Reply Buddy subscription (or be within the 7-day free trial period).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Notify us immediately at info@solana.id if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. User responsibilities

By using Reply Buddy, you take full responsibility for all content posted to Twitter/X through the service. Specifically, you agree to:

  • Comply with Twitter's Terms of Service: Reply Buddy operates using your Twitter credentials. Any activity that violates Twitter's rules — including their policies on spam, automation, and platform manipulation — is your responsibility. We do not guarantee that using our service will keep you in compliance with Twitter's policies, which may change.
  • Review all replies before posting (in Buddy Mode): You retain full editorial control over replies in Buddy Mode. You are responsible for any reply you approve and post.
  • Keep credentials up to date: If your Twitter session expires or is revoked, the service will stop working. Update your credentials in Settings promptly.
  • Not share account access: Your Reply Buddy account is for a single user and a single Twitter account. Do not share access with others or use the service to manage Twitter accounts on behalf of clients without appropriate disclosure.
  • Not circumvent platform limits: Do not configure Reply Buddy to post at rates that violate Twitter's automation policies or rate limits.

4. Payment terms

Reply Buddy is a paid subscription service. Here is how billing works:

  • Price: $19 per month (USD), billed monthly.
  • Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Your payment method is collected at sign-up but is not charged until the trial ends. If you cancel during the trial period, you will not be charged.
  • Billing cycle: After the trial, your subscription renews monthly on the same date. Billing is processed by Stripe.
  • No refunds: We do not offer refunds for any subscription period after the free trial has ended. If you cancel, you retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings > Subscription > Manage Subscription (Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Resubscription: If you cancel and later resubscribe, no free trial is offered on the second subscription.
  • Failed payments: If a payment fails, we will retry via Stripe's standard retry schedule. Access may be suspended if payment cannot be collected after multiple attempts.
  • Price changes: We may change the subscription price with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Reply Buddy to:

  • Post or promote content that is hateful, harassing, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior, astroturfing, or any form of platform manipulation as defined by Twitter's policies.
  • Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or use the service to artificially inflate engagement metrics.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely claim affiliation with a person or organization.
  • Post content that violates applicable law, including copyright, defamation, privacy, or securities laws.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the service to third parties without our written consent.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, databases, or other users' accounts.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without prior notice, at our sole discretion.

6. Intellectual property

Our property: The Reply Buddy platform, including its code, design, AI models integration, and all related technology, is owned by Solana ID EU EOOD. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the service.

Your content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you post on Twitter/X through our service. By using Reply Buddy, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (for example, sending your approved replies to Twitter's API).

AI-generated content: Replies generated by AI using your voice profile are generated on your behalf using your own OpenRouter API key and your own identity data. You are responsible for reviewing and taking ownership of any AI-generated content before posting it.

Feedback: If you provide feedback or suggestions about the service, you grant us an unrestricted license to use that feedback to improve the product without any obligation to compensate you.

7. Limitation of liability

Reply Buddy is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated replies will meet your expectations or comply with Twitter's policies at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Solana ID EU EOOD and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for:

  • Any suspension, ban, or action taken against your Twitter/X account as a result of using this service.
  • Any loss of followers, reach, reputation, or revenue resulting from content posted through the service.
  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.
  • Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data that results from events outside our reasonable control.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep Reply Buddy running reliably, but we do not guarantee any specific level of uptime or availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
  • Changes to Twitter's API or policies that affect our ability to operate
  • Failures in third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Railway, Vercel, Stripe, OpenRouter)
  • Events outside our reasonable control (force majeure)

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime. No compensation or refunds are provided for service interruptions unless they are persistent and material in nature, at our discretion.

9. Termination

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it from Settings > Danger Zone. Account deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes all your data from our systems. Your Stripe subscription is automatically cancelled.

By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy
  • You engage in behavior that puts our platform or other users at risk
  • We are required to do so by law or legal process
  • We decide to discontinue the service (with reasonable notice where possible)

Upon termination by us for a violation, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period. Upon termination for any other reason, we will provide a pro-rated refund at our discretion.

Sections 5 (Acceptable Use), 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also have the right to use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
